1. Scope and data controller

This Privacy Policy explains how MR.Monet collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, buy credits, or use our AI image-generation services. MR.Monet is the controller of the information described here, except where a service provider acts as an independent controller under its own policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect account and contact information such as your email address, authentication records, and account identifiers. We also process prompts, selected models and settings, generated images, job status, credit balances, transaction history, and support messages.

When you use the service, we receive technical and security data such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, logs, cookie or session identifiers, and a limited device fingerprint used to enforce free-use limits, prevent abuse, and secure accounts. For purchases, we retain order status, purchased plan, amount, currency, Stripe customer or transaction references, and related billing metadata. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, accept and reconcile payments, issue and deduct credits, process AI generation requests, deliver results, provide support, monitor reliability, prevent fraud and prohibited use, enforce our Terms of Service, comply with law, and improve the safety and performance of MR.Monet.

Our legal grounds, where applicable, include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where law requires it. We do not sell personal information or use prompts or generated images for targeted advertising.

4. AI, storage, and third-party processing

Prompts, generation settings, and related request data may be sent to independent AI providers or GPU processing services that generate or moderate content on our behalf. Provider location, model, and retention practices may vary. Do not submit confidential information, personal data you lack permission to use, or content subject to special legal protections.

Generated images, thumbnails, and related media are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage and may be delivered through Cloudflare's network. Stripe processes checkout and card information. Hosting, email, monitoring, fraud-prevention, and support vendors may process only the information reasonably necessary to provide their services. These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards and terms.

5. Retention and security

We retain account, order, credit-ledger, security, and tax records as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Prompts, generated media, and operational logs are retained only for legitimate service and safety needs; generated media may be removed after 30 days or earlier, so you should download results you wish to keep. Backups and provider copies may remain for a limited period after deletion.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may verify your identity and retain information where law or fraud-prevention duties require it.

MR.Monet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users who are minors where they live may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

7. Changes and contact
