Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and MR.Monet. By accessing the site, creating an account, buying credits, or submitting an AI generation request, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access.

2. AI service and outputs

MR.Monet provides tools that send prompts and settings to AI systems and return generated images. AI results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, offensive, unexpected, similar to another user's output, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not promise that any output is unique, error-free, continuously available, or eligible for copyright, trademark, or other protection.

As between you and MR.Monet, and to the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in your prompts and own our rights, if any, in outputs created specifically for you. You grant MR.Monet and its processors a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, transmit, moderate, and process prompts and outputs only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and comply with law. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming that your prompts and use of outputs are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use MR.Monet to create, upload, request, or distribute illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful, harassing, exploitative, sexually explicit involving minors, non-consensual intimate, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content. You may not impersonate others deceptively, facilitate malware or violence, evade safety controls or usage limits, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected systems, resell account access, or use another person's payment method without authorization.

We may use automated and human review to detect prohibited use. We may refuse requests, remove content, limit generation, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement.

4. Credits, payment, and delivery

Credits are limited, revocable digital service units used only for eligible MR.Monet generation features. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or transferable property; they have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged. Prices, credit costs, models, speed, and free allowances may change prospectively.

Stripe processes payments. You authorize the displayed charge, taxes, and currency conversion, if any. Purchased credits are normally added after confirmed payment as described in our Digital Delivery Policy. Purchases and failed generations are governed by our Refund Policy. Promotional or free credits may expire, be corrected, or be revoked for abuse. Unless required by law, account closure or termination does not create a right to cash redemption.

5. Availability and termination

We may modify, pause, or discontinue models or features and may impose reasonable limits for maintenance, capacity, security, provider availability, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, chargebacks, risk, or unlawful conduct. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MR.Monet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. You use AI outputs at your own risk and should not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MR.Monet and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid MR.Monet during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Applicable consumer-protection rights and any mandatory law of your residence remain unaffected. Before filing a claim, please contact support@mrmonet.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
